An Open Letter To Women
As a retired educator and research
grant writer/administrator, I discovered it was time to begin my
own experience with menopause. I have spent the last several months
searching for the path to follow
that will be in the best interest of my health and well being now
and into the future.
During this search, I noticed there were no comprehensive online
resources for me to utilize. I
would go to the search engines and access the directories but there
was nothing that was organized
for me to use.
I have had so many women tell me they wanted one place, a single
source, where they could go to find a collection of dependable
resources with varied approaches to managing menopause. That is why,
just as a personal project, I pulled all these resources together
for friends, colleagues, and myself.
And then one of my coaches said… "You know, why don't you create an
online resource?"
So I did.
I went after it, and after months of research, almost on a daily
basis, I have put together what is
arguably the first and only Online Menopause Resource Guide with
information to ease the symptoms of menopause. It has virtually
every link and resource you need if you are struggling with the
symptoms of menopause.

life.
